Key Responsibilities:
- Leading mentoring and developing a team of IT professionals including system administrators and network engineers.
- Delegating tasks setting goals and ensuring the team delivers high-quality support and solutions.
- Overseeing the design maintenance and optimization of IT systems and networks ensuring high availability and performance.
- Managing cloud-based and on-premise environments with experience in Huawei Cloud preferred.
- Working closely with end users to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.
- Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure servers storage and security systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Planning and executing system upgrades migrations and disaster recovery strategies.
- Evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to optimize IT operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management including system and network administration.
- Proven ability to manage IT teams and collaborate with end users effectively.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Huawei Cloud preferred.
- Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN firewalls switches routers) and systems (Windows/Linux servers virtualization storage).
- Strong knowledge of IT security system monitoring and backup solutions.
