Our client is a leading property developer creating entertainment and activity businesses that deliver innovative experiences and services to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Our mission is to provide unforgettable entertainment experiences and develop creative solutions that engage audiences elevate brands and drive business success.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee two dynamic business units focused on Entertainment and Activities. The successful candidate will manage both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) operations ensuring both areas thrive through strategic leadership operational excellence and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the overall business strategy for both B2C and B2B entertainment and activities units.
  • Managing day-to-day operations for both business segments ensuring smooth functioning and business growth.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of new entertainment and activity offerings that appeal to both individual consumers and corporate clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners in both the B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Developing and managing marketing sales and promotional strategies to maximize engagement brand presence and revenue for both business units.
  • Overseeing budgeting P&L management financial forecasting and ensuring cost-effective operations for both segments.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture within the team ensuring motivation training and development to meet organizational goals.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for operational efficiency customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to report on business performance future initiatives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the entertainment leisure or activities industry (Entertainment/Activities/Property Retail) with significant experience in managing both B2C and B2B operations.
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategies that drive both consumer engagement and business partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams across multiple functions.
  • Solid understanding of market trends customer behaviour and business development within the entertainment and activities space.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets forecasting and P&L responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
