Job Description:Lead Product Manager Core Services & Platform
Were looking for a senior product leader to own and scale our Core Services & Platform function across remittance FX payments infrastructure and internal operations. This is a mission-critical role for a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology financial infrastructure and execution at scale. Youll lead a team of Product Managers across domains like ledger card transactions KYC FinOps and Customer Support systems bringing a strategic lens operational rigor and deep fintech expertise to help us scale the business across Asia.
You will:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core financial infrastructure and platform services
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing PMs across multiple domains and geographies
- Build for scale: strengthen architecture reliability and operational maturity across key systems
- Collaborate with Engineering Business and Operations to deliver scalable compliant and efficient products
- Drive alignment across internal stakeholders with clear prioritization documentation and delivery discipline
- Navigate complexity across regulatory technical and financial systems to solve deeply integrated product challenges
- Champion a strong product culture and mentoring cadence to elevate the craft of product across the org
You have:
- 8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years leading PMs
- Deep fintech experience - ideally in multiple areas across payments remittance FX ledger systems or KYC/FinOps infrastructure
- Proven ability to scale platform or operational systems in a high-growth or regulated environment
- Hands-on fluency with deeply technical or financial products - comfortable working across APIs ledgers and transaction flows
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product Engineering Ops and Compliance
- Strong communication and decision-making skills with a bias toward clarity velocity and outcomes
