Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- The Process Technician for the Pump Module area is responsible for the process line sustaining engineering activities that carried out the actual execution and leg works such as evaluation and experiment. This also include attending and investigating process issues in real time with proper escalation to engineers if necessary.
Education & Experience
- . Electronics Engineering (Physics Electrical and related can apply) or any Equivalent technology courses.
- Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience in engineering task execution such as process investigation evaluation and documentation.
- Basic knowledge in SPC and process capability.
- Basic knowledge in assembly packing soldering fiber optic fiber alignment burn in and testing process.
Skills
- Understand engineering discipline and methodology such as DOE 7 QC Tools and Problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge in MS Office PPTX Excel Word Visio VBs and programming.
- Basic knowledge in report generation data gathering and data analysis and interpretation.
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite.
