How Youll Make an Impact
Support development of risk assessments work instructions and process documentation
Participate in kaizen events to improve safety quality and efficiency
Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and visual management
Provide tooling and fixture support for assembly processes
Help maintain machine uptime and preventive maintenance
Prepare EHS and process reports for plant leadership
Troubleshoot routine engineering issues and support complex problem-solving
Use software tools to analyze data and support engineering operations
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
Your Background
Associate degree in engineering or related field
Up to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and accomplishments
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Experience with technical documentation and process control
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
