Job Description
As our Accounting Manager
You will beresponsible for the execution and review of various accounting activities and balance sheet items. Also you will be leading a team of two accountants.
You will:
- Managing accounting operations for multiple legal entities across different countries ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Supervising audits and collaborating with external auditors for a seamless audit process.
- Leading and mentoring your team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Driving process improvements in SAP S/4HANA optimizing its use for accounting and controlling functions.
- Monitoring the Global Financial Operations teams performance identifying areas for improvement and working with the team leader to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with Dutch and international accounting regulations as well as internal accounting policies.
- Engaging in cross-functional finance and interdepartmental projects to optimize financial operations.

You have:
- You have a bachelors or masters degree preferably in Business Economics.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a (financial) controller or financial accountant.
- You are analytically strong and focused on results
- Leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and experience and/or affinity with SAP ECC/S4Hana
- Fluency in Dutch and English
