Job Summary

As our Accounting Manager

You will beresponsible for the execution and review of various accounting activities and balance sheet items. Also you will be leading a team of two accountants.

You will:

Managing accounting operations for multiple legal entities across different countries ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Supervising audits and collaborating with external auditors for a seamless audit process.
Leading and mentoring your team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Driving process improvements in SAP S/4HANA optimizing its use for accounting and controlling functions.
Monitoring the Global Financial Operations teams performance identifying areas for improvement and working with the team leader to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring compliance with Dutch and international accounting regulations as well as internal accounting policies.
Engaging in cross-functional finance and interdepartmental projects to optimize financial operations.

You have:

You have a bachelors or masters degree preferably in Business Economics.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a (financial) controller or financial accountant.
You are analytically strong and focused on results
Leadership skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and experience and/or affinity with SAP ECC/S4Hana
Fluency in Dutch and English
