We are recruiting for the position of Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry this role you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according JBT Marel specification project plan and to customer satisfaction.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Extensive in-house technical preparation and planning with project team.
- Supervise installations at our customers worldwide.
- Always be in control of project planning.
- Work closely with the JBT Marel project team customers and local sub-contractors.
- Manage customer expectations at all-time throughout the project.
- Clearly communicate project plan technical instructions and feedback to JBT Marel.
- Ensure reporting in a timely manner and according to JBT Marel policies
- Report on safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project.

- Proven experience in supervising on-site installations with strong technical know-how.
- Ability to schedule prioritize and oversee work activities based on project demands equipment volume and personnel capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues customers and contractors.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to identify report and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 3 5 years experience in a similar roleExperience with and comfort working in multi-cultural multi-discipline organization is an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time)
