Job Description

Our Client

For nearly ten years our client has been a premier medical supply chain solutions provider in ASEAN offering end-to-end distribution services. They partner with more than 200 international medical brands supplying cutting-edge equipment and consumables across multiple specialty healthcare sectors.

Job Purpose

Sales Targeting Process:
i. Manage and coordinate the sales targeting process to ensure effectiveness of sales efforts and that they are aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
ii. Work closely with the sales team on planning forecasting and budgeting activities.

Sales Tracking & Performance Management:

i. Track and update metrics and KPIs including but not limited to growth win/loss rates and length of sales cycle to assess sales performance identify performance gaps and drivers.

ii. Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses.

Principal Performance:

i. Track and update metrics and KPIs of Principal.

ii. Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses.

Incentive Measurement & Reward:

i. Collate analyze and report data on sales performance required for the incentive scheme.

ii. Track and update commercial operating mechanism for the management of commercial activities funnel and sales number.

Funnel Management:

i. Track update and monitor reporting dashboards for analysis; generate reports when required.

ii. Develop sales funnel training materials and manuals.

Demand Forecasting:

iii. Using the funnel data to work with product and inventory management teams for demand forecasting activities.

Qualification

Recognized Degree in Mathematics Statistics Accountancy Business or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in a data driven environment.

Ability to present insights to management.

Advance level in Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English
