Job Description

Job Purpose:

The post holder will help the departments set up rare disease registries and run basic analysis for the Cardiac and Respiratory departments (ICC Registry/ ERN GUARD-Heart/ ERN Lung/ Pulmonary Hypertension) ensuring all data / information is captured and that it supports the clinical needs of patients with Rare Cardiac and Respiratory conditions and is consistent with the mission vision and strategic plan of the service. The post holder must possess attention to detail work towards targets and objectives and possess data entry and processing knowledge.

This is a new position that offers a lot of scope for the successful applicant to be involved in the development of the post and in setting up a national registry and involved in research opportunities across specialties and hospitals. The successful applicant will also get a chance to collaborate with teams across Europe through the involvement with ERNs.

This is a full time permanent position.
