Job Description
Head of Quality Patient Safety & Risk (QPSR) Grade VIII (Full Time On Site) Permanent
This newly created position is aimed towards candidates ideally within an acute hospital setting that are familiar with In-patient processes and surgical exposure .
Each candidate must have:
- Between 3-5 years Senior Managerial experience.
And
- A minimum of QQI Level 8 academic award in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare or its equivalent.
And
- Have experience of Incident Management processes and subsequent System Analysis Investigation processes.
- Experience of leading and implementing Quality improvement initiatives within a Healthcare setting.
- Experience of cultural change regarding Quality and Patient Safety through the delivery of education and training.
- Experience of Team engagement with a collaborative working style alongside multiple stakeholders.
