Job Description
What youll have
- A Bachelor degree in Process or Technical Engineering ().
- Has held same position as the proposed PMC position and minimum has held o position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project petrochemical gas processing/LNG)
- Minimum of 15 years on refinery and petrochemical plant operations commissioning and start-up or related experience.
- Has experience as Process Engineer especially in UOPa oe Axens Licensed Unit (RFCC Plant is preferrable) and other process units with large process equipment.
- Has experience as Start-up and Commissioning Manager in refinery and petrochemical project.
- Has experience in managing and conducting training for package unit/equipment and preparation and review of procedures and operating manuals.
- Has proven ability to perform start-up and commissioning plan in process system with high level of quality.
- Has ability in quality management schedule and manhour control of the engineering works from engineering to mechanical completion and operational acceptance with a high level of quality.
- Excellent knowledge about Indonesias Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.
- Good knowledge of on-site HSE Management.

What youll do
Were looking for a Start-up Manager ISBL to join our team.
The role responsibilities include:
- To effectively manage and provide operational and technical advice to the Commissioning and Start-up Team on units covered under Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) and related area.
- To assure the process safety and design integrity of the ISBL process units equipment or systems/subsystems.
- Coordinates the commissioning and start-up activities within his/her area to ensure safe initial start-up and subsequent normal operation within budget on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications.
