Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Specialist or Manager to support the business on a part-time consultancy basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance across Philippine and U.S. regulatory frameworks with a focus on labor laws PEZA/BOI documentation and tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor to ensure all corporate practices remain aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a remote-first opportunity with minimal in-person alignment (12x per month) ideal for professionals seeking flexible work while maintaining a strategic role in a growing organization.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct corporate compliance checks and identify areas for improvement
Review and update internal documentation policies and compliance procedures
Provide guidance on PEZA/BOI processes labor regulation compliance and tax documentation
Advise on cross-border compliance matters involving both Philippine and U.S. regulations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely filings and documentation
Monitor and communicate regulatory updates that could impact business operations
Job requirements
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in corporate compliance legal advisory or a related field
Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements; exposure to U.S. compliance is a plus
Strong background in labor law tax compliance PEZA/BOI processes or corporate registration
Proven ability to work independently provide structured output and offer clear guidance
Open to consultants freelancers or professionals with existing client engagements
