What You Will Do:
Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales refunds and handling fees
Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region
Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs
Supervise a team of 1015 associates fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Monitor team and individual performance based on their targets
Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs
Provide support ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers
Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented
Support various ad-hoc requests from Divisional partners
Monthly/Quarterly risk reviews with Divisional partners
Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research a detailed understanding of processes systems and practices
Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Enhance existing and develop new tools reporting KPIs and processes to provide insightful analytics and optimize departments performance
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance or related field and significant work experience
8 Years of business-related experience with significant experience in shared servicesor similar setup
Experience in managing >5 direct reports/ teams
Onboard new team members on processes systems tools and operational best practices
Hands on experience working in Excel Word Access Outlook
Identify recurring issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Must be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
810 years of total professional experience
35 years in customer service finance supply chain operations or technical support
Proven ability to lead motivate staff and build a teamwork environment
Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred
Six Sigma Projects process improvements exposure
