What You Will Do:

• Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales refunds and handling fees

• Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region

• Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs

• Supervise a team of 1015 associates fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

• Monitor team and individual performance based on their targets

• Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs

• Provide support ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers

• Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented

• Support various ad-hoc requests from Divisional partners

• Monthly/Quarterly risk reviews with Divisional partners

• Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research a detailed understanding of processes systems and practices

• Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

• Enhance existing and develop new tools reporting KPIs and processes to provide insightful analytics and optimize departments performance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance or related field and significant work experience

• 8 Years of business-related experience with significant experience in shared servicesor similar setup

• Experience in managing >5 direct reports/ teams

• Onboard new team members on processes systems tools and operational best practices

• Hands on experience working in Excel Word Access Outlook

• Identify recurring issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

• Must be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• 810 years of total professional experience

• 35 years in customer service finance supply chain operations or technical support

• Proven ability to lead motivate staff and build a teamwork environment

• Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred

• Six Sigma Projects process improvements exposure
