Job Description
About this role:
Currently we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Design Architect) who has a full complement of skills with experience on residential and mixed use projects
As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the design of large-scaled residential projects in Hong Kong from initial stage to completion including the coordination and integration of design planning technical activities managing external consultants and ensuring projects will be delivered within quality and schedule
Ideally you will posses the following:
- Degree in Architecture
- At least 6 years working in consultancy firms as project architect / developer experience
- Registered Architect in Hong Kong with HKIA or equivalent
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery of large-scale projects in HK
- Familiar with end-to-end project delivery and coordinating with consultants
- Energetic highly motivated strive for excellence and high level of accountability
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
