Are you highly organised detail-oriented and confident with Excel We are seeking aPurchasing Administratorto join our dynamic team at our Hindmarsh Retail Store. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data systems and suppliers to support the delivery of life-changing assistive technology.
About the Role
Reporting to theTeam Leader Logistics the Purchasing Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate product data supporting purchasing processes and ensuring our ERP system reflects up-to-date and reliable information.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product records inMicrosoft Business Central including pricing and dimensions.
- Efficiently manage data using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Provide backup support for purchasing activities including reviewing requisitions and placing orders.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures to reduce business risk.
Skills And Experiences
What Youll Bring
- Certificate III in Purchasing and Supply Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional attention to detailand a methodical approach to data entry and reporting.
- Experience with SharePoint and Power BI reporting (highly regarded).
- Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Remuneration Package and Benefits
Total remuneration package includes base salary annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15900 of your salary increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses accommodation and venue hire private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
