Job Description
Team Carney a dynamic curriculum and performance development provider is searching for an experienced Content Development and Delivery SME in the area of security. Our SMEs are highly qualified and degreed experts in their field who bring knowledge skills and creativity to the work of content development.
THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND REMOTE.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE.

Duties:
- DevelopeLearning synchronous and asynchronous content for
distance-delivery - Use strategic and intentional design writing optimization andpublishingfrom customer-established requirements goals and content.
- ProgramShareable ContentObject Reference Model (SCORM)-conformant asynchronous eLearning courses using a variety ofapplications.
- Support deployment of courses onMoodle Learning Management System (LMS) Blackboard Learn and/or a similar system
- Use software applications such as JAWS or JAWS Inspect to ensure that content
being developed is screen reader accessible. - Use software applications suchas ANDI or comparable software andother mediums of content delivery such as PowerPoint audio flash cardsslick sheets pamphlets or standard operating procedures.
- Utilize ADDIE in all course development projects
- Lead the development of the related course and supportingmaterials (training syllabi storyboards modules course content content presentationgraphics depictions images videos narratives/scripts case studies exercises knowledge checks quizzes userexperience skills verification)
- ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE
- A Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Instructional Systems Design Adult EducationMarketing and other similar fields where tailored customer/consumer content is developed for variedaudiences.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing eLearning synchronous and asynchronous content fordistance-delivery
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience developing and programming Shareable ContentObject Reference Model (SCORM)-conformant asynchronous eLearning courses
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with internet protocols such as XML PHP HTML CascadingStyle Sheets Java applets and scripting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting deployment of asynchronous eLearning courses onMoodle Learning Management System (LMS) Blackboard Learn and/or a similar system.
- Demonstrated experience with software applications such as JAWS or JAWS Inspect and software applications suchas ANDI or comparable software.
- Masters degree from an accredited university in Instructional Systems Design Adult EducationMarketing and other similar fields and more than two (2) years of experience designing and developing instructor led courses virtual instructor-led courses self-paced eLearning courses and performance support tools.
- ORo In lieu of a Masters degree a Bachelors degree from an accredited university and more than five(5) years of experience designing and developing instructor-led courses virtual instructor-ledcourses self-paced eLearning courses and performance support tools.
- Two (2) or more years of experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate/AnimateArticulate Storyline and Adobe Professional Suite.
- Two (2) or more years of experience interfacing with internal and external customers in a high-volumeenvironment.
- Successful completion of the Trusted Tester Web Certification Program and the Authoring AccessibleDocuments Program through the DHS OAST.
