However this position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US. We are looking for a NEW BUSINESS SALES PRODUCER to join our firm. The New Business Sales Producer will join a team of best-in-class sales Producers and will be responsible for driving operating routines and best practices that deliver optimal results for new premium and policy growth. This role is responsible for consultative sales to small business owners and acting as the trusted advisor to new clients.
This position is hybrid and can be located anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities of the role
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on P&C small business customers insurance needs
Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through policy quoting binding and issuing in carriers proprietary quoting systems
Possesses a working knowledge and understanding of the SmallCommercialmarket; ability to differentiate betweencarriersofferings and make suggestions to our customers that best suit theirneeds
Financial Acumen and general understanding of Small Commercial insurance underwriting.
Build & maintain strong relationships with commercial underwriters
Persistent in following up with a high volume of leads to winning business daily
Qualifications

Continuously developing and strengthening the skills required for success
Maintain knowledge of strategic direction and plan including goals and objectives to achieve quality service results for our clients
Strong sales & negotiation skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Maintaining a disciplined operating routine and sales process designed to ensure consistentexecution of highlyeffectivesalespractices
Demonstrates a continuing commitment to personal development
Technology Proficiency (MS Office)

Effectively managing multiple initiatives projectsand tasks focused on creating desired outcomesthat align withInsureonsbehaviors
Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent work experience
2 years of Prior sales experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer preferred
P&C license required

Physical Demands or Requirements: This role requires sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time while working in a dedicated office space in your home environment.
Travel Requirements:
This is a virtual first company and no travel is required to complete the responsibilities of this assignment.

Compensation:
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $70000-$73000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
