Job Description

Corporate Trust Associate Attorney $225k$345k Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Trust Associate Attorneywith 25 years of experience to join its Finance Practice Group in Charlotte. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of capital markets transactions with a focus on structured finance.

What Youll Do:

  • Advise clients on corporate trust and structured finance transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate deal documents for a variety of capital markets matters.

  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in a fast-paced finance practice.

  • Gain exposure to sophisticated deals and high-profile clients.

What Were Looking For:
25 years of experience in corporate trust structured finance or capital markets transactions
Excellent writing academic and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to manage substantial responsibility

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $225000 $345ooo commensurate with experience
