Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Content Intern to join our Engineering team. This role will primarily focus on creating and maintaining documentation playbooks and process documents to support various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented has strong writing skills and is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
- Create clear and concise documentation including user guides technical documents playbooks and process documents.
- Update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation.
- Assist in the development and improvement of documentation processes and standards.
- Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts as needed.
- Review documentation for grammar style and formatting consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with documentation tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
