Job Description
Were on the hunt for a Diploma qualified Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care and support to our Papakura patients on a part time basis.
What Youll Do
As a key member of our team youll provide outstanding nursing care assisting our veterinarians and delivering top-notch service to our patients and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing veterinary nursing procedures under the guidance of skilled veterinarians.
- Assisting with surgical procedures and monitoring anaesthesia.
- Collecting and submitting diagnostic samples.
- Assisting with X-rays and patient monitoring and treatment.
- Placing IV catheters.
- Conducting veterinary nurse consults offering expert advice on pet health nutrition and wellbeing.
About you
Youre an enthusiastic Diploma qualified Veterinary Nurse who is keen to make a difference to our clients and patients. Your warm and friendly manner and ability to be calm and efficient under pressure will ensure your success.
