- Innovating across borders: Working on projects spanning three countries and contributing to Picnics in-house innovation shaping the business model as we grow.

- Owning solutions end-to-end: Taking full ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation across different areas of the business.

Your superpowers
- Masters degree in Engineering Econometrics Mathematics Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
- 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment start-up scale up or business consulting
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
- Strong communication skills which allow you to explain complex analytical concepts in a simple and effective way
- Proficient with SQL and Python or excited to learn
- EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU
