Job Description
Role Summary: Manage and analyze financial operations ensure accurate reporting and support strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in financial analysis and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Monitor and manage daily financial transactions maintaining up-to-date records.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to internal controls policies and regulations.
- Clarify and manage client expense transactions ensuring proper documentation.
- Address and resolve special financial scenarios with timely updates and follow-ups.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting budgeting and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial tools and software including Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to deal with different stakeholders.
