We have an immediate opening for anAfterhours Travel Consultantto join our expanding Global Assist Afterhours Operations Team.

As anAfterhours Travel Consultant you will be available during after hours on the phone and email online sales and booking service you are all aboutdeliveringamazingtravel experience(D.A.T.E)to our valuable corporate clients to help them resolve their issue during emergency times. You will aim to ensure thatyour clients are your top priorityand make them feel that we are there to help them at every step of the way.

What we need from you

  • A solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with demonstrated customer serviceexperience a minimum of 2 years prefered
  • Fresh graduate will need to have an education background in travel & tourism
  • Previous experience in afterhoursexperience highly desired but not necessary
  • Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment
  • Confident in emergency ticking support
  • Experience with any GDS being an advantage
  • Solutions focused mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a creative manner
  • Ability to handle irate customers
  • Excellent verbal and written English language
