About the Opportunity
As a member of the reservation leadership team you are responsible to lead a high performing team that consistently deliver an outstanding service experience to our overseas agents (FIT and GIT) to ensure absolute accuracy. The Reservation Team Leader is responsible to constantly improve the reservations process to enhance capability and efficiency.
About you
The Essentials:
- A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and local business level Japanese (N1) is required and other European languages would be an
advantage. - 3 years experience management training or experience in leading teams in the tourism and hospitality industry is required.

- Well-developed problem-solving skill
- Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
- Solid collaboration and communication skill (verbal and written)
- High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across culture
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights weekends and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
- Willing to travel on business when required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
