Position: Business Operations Analyst Working Hours: TBC Salary: 1100 - 1400 USD (Final offer will depend on the clients approval and assessment of the candidates overall qualifications)
The Day-to-Day
Business Analysis
Collaborate with business specialists and stakeholders to identify and detail project requirements ensuring alignment with the companys long-term strategy.
Map processes to support the implementation of new strategies aimed at optimizing operations.
Act as a liaison between business requirements and software implementation.
Communicate project outcomes and process changes to relevant stakeholders ensuring they are fully informed and able to adapt to new processes as needed.
Project Management
Develop and maintain the Systems & Data project framework including the project discovery and feature request boards ensuring that both teams roadmap is up-to-date.
Build and sustain strong relationships with the companys Go to Market Leadership working together to identify plan and shape new projects that address key challenges and support their objectives.
Operations
Map and monitor the Lead to Cash process focusing on finding opportunities for process improvements.
Map and monitor key Go To Market metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor evaluations
Oversee the onboarding and training of users on our tech stack.
Continuously monitor and stay updated on the latest trends tools and best practices in Go To Market operations and data management.
