Job Description:
The Full-Time Receptionist will be vital in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work a variable schedule
- Monday Friday 7:45 am -6:30 pm and occasional Saturdays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Must be able to work well with team members
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional appearance a must (business casual)
- no facial piercings or face and neck tattoos
- Reliable work with the team to cover all hours
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Ability to work well with customers
- Transportation to work
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Individual or takes a thorough message.
- Process receipts for the Sales and Finance Departments
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be a trustworthy person who follows compliance policies regarding personal information.
- Scan service and Sales documents
- Create purchase orders for the sales department.
- Post purchase orders and other accounting documents
- Scanning for the accounting department
- Other duties as requested - training will be provided
