Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Accounts Payable support for Mexican entities.
- Processing of Tax Invoices for third-party customers.
- Follow up and control Intercompany accounts receivable.
- Elaboration of payment complements (Fiscal Requirement).
- Intercompany invoicing for Mexican entities.
- Control of tax documentation and internal documentation.
- Internal operation reports- KPIS (Inventories shipments etc.).
- Support in accounting activities
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree student in Accounting Finance or related fields (preferably from the 6th semester onwards).
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate Advanced).
