Your Role: What Youll Learn and Do
Event Support & Coordination:
Assist in preparing event logistics and documentation.
Help coordinate suppliers venues and service providers.
Support the team during live events (on-site and online) including setup and coordination tasks.
Registration & Communication:
Assist in setting up and managing online registration platforms (e.g. CVENT Swoogo B2Match).
Help prepare participant communications and event materials.
Digital Tools & Platforms:
Learn to use tools like Zoom Webex MS Teams Interactio and for online and hybrid events.
Support technical tests rehearsals and live delivery of virtual sessions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Event Specialists and Communication Managers on day-to-day tasks.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
What Were Looking For
A recent graduate in Event Management Communications Marketing or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive curious and collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
Interest in EU affairs and working in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint).
Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship based in Brussels.
