The Role
As a Senior Associate Consultant youll help the worlds top biopharma companies solve some of their biggest brand and business challenges. From redefining brand strategy to exploring patient behaviour from future-scaping therapeutic categories to shaping commercial narrativesyoull work on a wide spectrum of projects with real-world impact.
And you wont be doing it alone. Youll join a collaborative idea-rich team wholl challenge your thinking support your growth and probably make you laugh along the way.
This is a remote role based in the UK with the option to connect in person at either our Manchester or London hubs.
What Youll Do
- Get Stuck into Research Conduct interviews moderate focus groups analyze reports and connect dots across data sources.
- Own and Drive Projects Take responsibility for workstreams managing timelines and deliverables to keep things moving at speed.
- Be Client-Confident Present insights and recommendations persuasively lead discussions and build strong relationships through regular client interaction.
- Go Beyond the Obvious Use custom-built AI tools to uncover hidden patterns untapped insights and strategic whitespace building smart strategic recommendations that clients can actually use.
- Work across Disciplines Collaborate with behavioral scientists creatives technologists and strategic leads across BGB Group and Kx Advisors.
- Step In and Step Up Anticipate needs take work off other team members plates where necessary and keep projects on track without waiting for instruction.
- Be Part of the Culture Learn share experiment support question and grow.
What You Bring
- A good grade in a relevant degreelife sciences psychology business or a related field.
- 2-5 years experience in a relevant spacethis could mean healthcare consulting research pharma or biotech medical comms or behavioral science. We need individuals who can hit the ground running and who are comfortable being present with clients
- A strategic and curious mindset You dont stop at the first answer. You dig question and connect the dots.
- A self-starting attitude You take initiative take ownership stay organized and can move work forward independently.
- Strong collaboration skills You enjoy bouncing ideas building on others thinking and working as part of a team.
- Proven ability to confidently engage with clients whether in presentations workshops or one-on-one discussions.
- Comfortable working at paceable to quickly grasp new concepts make decisions and adapt to shifting priorities.

Salary Range: $93000
The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position which requires occasional in-office presence and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit including experience (both direct and indirect) education training demonstrated qualifications and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
