Key Responsibilities

As a Superintendent youll be on the front lines of project executionresponsible for site coordination schedule adherence safety enforcement and quality assurance.

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades

• Manage schedules inspections materials and logistics

• Maintain safe clean and well-organized job sites

• Conduct and document progress meetings

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets cost controls and contracts

• Ensure compliance with safety standards SWPPP and company protocols

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction especially Big Box Retail or Grocery

• Walmart project experience is a major plus

• Comfortable with scheduling quality control subcontractor management

• OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• SWPPP Certification (preferred)

• Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus

• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
