We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Environmental Safety and Health (ESH) Engineer who is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining comprehensive environmental safety and health programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety. This role plays a key part in ensuring site operations meet or exceed OSHA EPA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or higher) in Safety Engineering Industrial Hygiene or a related discipline.
Professional certification(s) such as:
Experience designing safety devices protective equipment or engineering controls to mitigate workplace hazards.
Strong familiarity with ergonomics human factors and applied physiology in occupational settings.
Prior experience performing safety audits and writing safety standards or procedures.
Expertise in specialized areas such as:
Knowledge of sustainability programs and continuous ESH improvement initiatives.
