Job Description
Under limited supervision the ROI Spec II will assist the ROI Manager and Team Lead in supporting the mission of Health Information Services to ensure the security accuracy & accessibility of personal health information. Will serve as a resource within the team for ROI policies procedures and workflows. Will serve as a preceptor for new employees.
Education Requirements/Skills/Work Experience
Minimum Requirement: Associates Degree and 3 - 5 years experience in an administrative support role within healthcare legal or risk management including 3 years in an ROI setting; or a high school diploma and 5 7 years experience in an administrative support role within healthcare legal or risk management including 5 years in an ROI setting. Customer service experience required. Demonstrated proficiency with computers in a workplace setting. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; solid oral and written communication skills; critical thinking and problem solving skills; attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Must be able to work independently and within a team.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
