About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-orientedWide Format Print Operatorto join our production this role you will operate and maintain wide format printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where precision teamwork and customer satisfaction are key.Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and detail-orientedWide Format Print Operatorto join our production this role you will operate and maintain wide format printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where precision teamwork and customer satisfaction are key.Responsibilities
- Operate wide format printers and finishing equipment according to job specifications
- Prepare printers with correct media and ensure color accuracy
- Monitor print jobs and inspect samples for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Follow production schedules and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Uphold confidentiality of customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience operating wide/large format printers preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to use rulers calculators and relevant technology
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of printing industry principles
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Dependable and punctual with good time management
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the day
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a loud production environment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Minimal travel required
