Job Description

  • Scheduled hours dependent on academic schedule (about 5-15 hours/week).
  • Customer service (in-person office visitors): cash handling citation payments parking permit sales.
  • E-Mail: Assist with correspondence mailings and emails provide accurate information in a professional manner
  • Telephone: provide accurate information in a professional manner assist & direct calls as required.
  • Perform various office functions: photocopy filing data entry scheduling etc.
  • Provide students faculty & visitors with parking rules regulations & explanations etc.
  • Provide excellent & competent service to customers.
  • Extra duties as assigned by full-time staff.
  • Support the Parking Services office mission & philosophy.

    Required Qualifications

    Must be at least a part-time student (6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) in good academic standing (cumulative & semester GPA above 2.0) and at least 2 semesters remaining on campus.

    Students applying for this position must pass a Criminal Background Check.
