The Home Services Repair Assistant Manager oversees the day to day management of home services repair channel fulfillment. They are responsible for the consistency efficiency and quality of work completed by Best Buy employees and third-party vendors in their assigned area. They are accountable for their assigned areas key performance indicators controllable fulfillment expenses foundational excellence requirements and market setup.

This role would primarily cover the Southwest region of Florida with some coverage of the Southeast region as well. Living anywhere between Bradenton Florida to Naples Florida would be the most ideal for supporting this market but anywhere between West Palm Beach Florida to Fort Lauderdale Florida would be acceptable as well.
Key Responsibilities
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships exhibiting empathy and providing solutions to their needs.
Conducts regular reviews with Agents for their development and to close performance gaps.
Conducts performance appraisals and makes pay recommendations.
Ensures standard operating procedure execution positively impacts client loyalty and helps employees deliver operational effectiveness while growing the business.
Proactively communicates safety procedures and ensures that they are followed by Agents.
Facilitates trainings in individual and group environments.
Coaches and motivates a team to contribute to positive customer engagement.
Ensures that Agents are maintaining and using approved tools in a safe manner and following all safety guidelines.
Validates scope of work and directives in support of business needs and company strategy.
Confirms that third-party partners are meeting or exceeding expected service level agreements (SLA).
Acts as centralized day-to-day management point of contact for all third-party partners.
Creates consistency in service execution ultimately protects and grows the brand internally and externally
Provides a teachable point of view for new processes procedures business segments and areas of focus.
Develops and maintains permanent partnerships in support of driving business results and improving the customer experience.
Controls costs and delivers productivity goals by analyzing business trends and results.
Ensures necessary licenses and permits are obtained to properly fulfill work without risk of disruption to business.
Validates that inventory management processes are followed to minimize shrink and ensure proper level of inventory.
Manages labor budgets overtime and weekly payroll approval.
Responsible for compliance audits.
Supports talent strategy in partnership with Home Services Senior Manager.
Responsible for hiring including interviewing and job offers.
Basic Qualifications
1 year of management/supervisory experience OR military leadership experience
1 year of consumer electronics or appliance industry experience
Must be 21 years of age and have a current valid drivers license with a clear driving record (no convictions in the last 3 years of: DUI leaving the scene of an accident and no more than 2 moving violations or accidents)
