McCormick & Company Inc. a global leader in the spice flavor and seasonings industry is seeking a full-time Crew Leader on a Production Team. This new hire will work at Brand Aromatics locatedin Lakewood NJ. The Crew Leader will report to an Operations Manager.

As leader of the shift team the Crew Leader sets the example of team leadership within the MHPS environment. The Crew Leader ensures overall performance of team to include quality safety process reliability sanitation GMPs and material yield. Also this position pro-actively encourages continuous improvement and daily problem solving initiatives to increase operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Must be able to effectively coach train and ensure 100% compliance to plant established procedures (including work rule safety and sanitation guidelines) while demonstrating a deep respect for the capabilities of all people believing that people will contribute to what they understand and feel is in their best and self-interest. Must be able to structure their approach based on the core belief that the success of the company depends upon the capabilities and contributions of all people in the organization.

Overtime is mandatory at times and regular attendance is required as essential job responsibilities for the position.
