Job Description
Role: SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant
Location: Omaha NE 68179 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities :
- SuccessFactors and integrating SAP HR with other downstream systems.
- Good experience in SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY).
- Experience in working with USA Payrolls and supports.
- Experience in defining field mappings for Organization data and worked on replicating Positions and Cost centers replication and custom field replications to S/4 HANA.
- Experience in maintaining constant values created web services using SOA & Endpoint URLs (CPI) and worked on import metadata and picklist values from SF employee central XML.
- support in OM/PA and OM-PA Integrations
- Experience in SF SuccessFactors- EC Lite Talent management (Recruiting Candidate Management) Onboarding Compensation Learning Management Payroll Timekeeping Goals & Performance
- SAP S/4- Time management Benefit Payroll OM/PAESS
