Job Description

Job Title :Child Welfare IT Support Specialist (Training User Support Regulatory Compliance)

Location: Buffalo NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering IT support within a child welfare setting including child protective services foster care/permanency or preventive services.
  • Hands-on experience providing training or technical assistance to users in a child welfare environment either in classroom settings or on the job. This includes developing user documentation or desk aids to support understanding of business processes and training content.
  • Involvement in the lifecycle of a large-scale child welfare application serving over 15000 users beginning with needs assessment providing ongoing support and concluding with follow-up activities.
  • Experience in child welfare or a related field interpreting regulations and policies that govern practice and influence program outcomes including those related to child protective services foster care/permanency or preventive services.
  • Bachelors Degree required.
