Role: Technology Program Manager (Product Management)
Location: Newark NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent with Client
We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager who can effectively wear dual hats of Product Manager/Product Owner and Project Manager. The role involves driving the product vision breaking it down into Epics and User Stories and ensuring seamless execution while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
What Youll DoPartner with product teams to define Epics functional stories user stories and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate competitive market strategies by analyzing products market conditions and share trends.
Convert business intelligence and trend data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay connected with customers competitors suppliers and industry networks to track evolving business trends.
Ensure timely delivery of intelligence and insights to end-users and stakeholders.
Collect analyze and interpret data from industry reports public information and field intelligence.
Identify industry and geographic trends that have strategic implications for the business.
Leverage technology trend analysis to guide new product development and improve sales of existing solutions.
Develop and deliver custom or standard reports for executives managers clients and stakeholders.
Track and assess current and prospective customers through business intelligence tools.
Manage and update BI tools dashboards databases and systems to keep them current and relevant.
Maintain a repository of templates model documents and reusable assets to accelerate delivery.
Build new business intelligence solutions including database and reporting structures.
Coordinate and execute validation tests to ensure outputs align with defined business needs.
Share and enable adoption of tools reports and metadata enhancements across teams.
