Description:
Were seeking a hands-on Edge Computing & Cloud Architect to design deploy and optimize distributed cloud solutions using Google Distributed Cloud Edge GKE and Anthos. This role builds hybrid architectures for low-latency high-availability workloads integrating on-premises and cloud resources seamlessly.
Key Focus Areas:
- Architect & implement GDC Edge solutions with GKE and Anthos
- Configure secure networking (VPN VPC service mesh) for edge environments
- Automate deployments with Terraform or Deployment Manager
- Collaborate with DevOps infrastructure and application teams
- Monitor/troubleshoot with Cloud Monitoring Prometheus Grafana
Must have:
- 5 years in cloud architecture 2 in GCP edge computing
- Strong Kubernetes & networking expertise
- Hands-on Anthos experience
- Scripting/automation skills (Python Bash Terraform)
Preferred: GCP certifications industry-specific edge deployment experience compliance knowledge.
