Our client is a successful company in the eyewear lens manufacturing industry ranking as the top producer with operations spanning over 100 countries.
Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions either face-to-face or over the phone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties if appropriate)
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Working on Global Infra project to implement Group IT Standard.
- Studying and Developing collaborative solutions.
- Managing PC/Software inventories and Licenses costs per Department.
Skills
- Windows 10 and Windows server OS (from 2k8 to 2k16).
- Active Directory Management.
- TCP/IP Network basic knowledge.
- Office 365/Microsoft Suit.
- Knowledge of Virtualization (such as VMWARE system) and SAN Storage.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- At least 4 years of IT Team lead or Supervisor experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or a related.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 PC and Server Operating system versions from 2k8 to 2k16
- Knowledge Google Solutions
- Strong problem-solving and risk-assessment skills.
- Good interpersonal skills able to resolve conflicts.
- Must be a team player with responsibilities.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision and ensure high-quality timely delivery.
- Able to receive contract 1 year. (Renew every year)
