Our client is doing business with hotel management services.
Job Details:
- Managing planning and coordinating within the hotel team including preparing comprehensive reports related to all operations for submission to management.
- Monitoring guest reviews analyzing feedback to identify suggestions and solutions and providing recommendations to management and relevant departments.
- Overseeing room reservations and bookings as well as hotel room sales.
- Proposing promotional campaigns or suggesting suitable programs based on customer feedback.
- Maintaining the companys existing customer base coordinating effectively and handling unforeseen issues promptly.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female aged 35 years or below.
- Vocational diploma to Bachelors degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Reservation position in a hotel catering to Chinese tour groups or relevant experience in the tourism industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
- High sense of responsibility and negotiation skills.
- Honest disciplined responsible hardworking and punctual.
