Our client is a leading supplier of high-tech soil and asphalt rollers pavers and compact equipment committed to strengthening customer performance by being a partner on the road ahead.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and submitting tax reports/tax filings (PND3 PND53 PND54 PP30 PP36 PND50 PND51) in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Preparing and verifying all day-to-day GL journals to ensure that all transactions align with accounting principles.
- Completing recurring journal vouchers on time as required by the monthly close schedule.
- Performing monthly GL account reconciliations and investigating long-outstanding discrepancies ensuring alignment with the trial balance.
- Entering financial data such as accruals deferrals reclassifications and interdepartmental entries into the ledger monthly as well as preparing reports.
- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Managing group reporting for monthly quarterly and yearly closings.
- Coordinating with internal/external auditors and the Revenue Department.
- Handling ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Manager (Thailand and Singapore).
Qualifications:
- 28-40 years old Thai nationality only.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Auditor (level in charge) from an Audit Firm is required.
- Experience in full-cycle accounting within trading manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) with direct reporting to a foreign manager.
- Possession of a CPD license and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility independence and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work 5 days a week near WHA Warehouse KM.23 Samutprakarn.
