Job Description
Job Purpose:-
Responsible for inventory & costing analysis financial analysis & reconciliation for e-commerce business
Key Responsibilities:-
- Gather analyze & report cost components for both trading finished goods and manufactured goods
- Handle transfer price calculation for both domestic & overseas entities
- Handle inventory adjustment transactions in ERP
- Plan and lead raw material & finished goods physical count in all inventory organizations/sites
- Handle job sheet management as per Bill-of-material for manufactured goods under Contracted Manufacturers
- Analyze inventory process & recommend good practice to Business & Operation teams
- Gather & co-ordinate relevant stock card/inventory reports from relevant 3rd party
- Reconcile differences between reports
- Work closely with Accounting team to ensure correct bookkeeping tax & audit compliance on relevant inventory transactions
- Compile analyze & reconcile financial reports for e-commerce business

- Support Power BI financial reports setup
Qualifications:-
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Engineering Statistics
- Computer Sciences Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years experience or more in audit manufacturing costing or e-commerce finance
- Solid basic mathematics accounting & tax knowledge
- Intermediate quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word Power Point)
- English in at least basic business communication level both written and spoken
- CAN DO attitude self-motivation problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
