Job Description

Our client is a leader in safety uniform production.

Responsibilities

Using sample & PDM to analyze & divide a garment into suitable operations (separate or combined operations) can create the best savings & high productivity for production.
Working with sewing tech to prepare machine layout to be ready before starting production.
Making a list of work aids will be used for each operation to combine with machine layout to improve productivity.
Checking cycle time to make line balance and follow the performance of the operator inform the line leader or sewing technician if the worker is too slow to work together and find out the reason & solve the problem.
Giving a target for the production line following and checking daily line performance.
Working with sewing technicians to train workers best method for less handling and increased efficiency.
Coordinating with the new production method and the new styles GSD min updates
Studying to give ideas to create good attachments to maximize production support.
Working with Mechanics to complete making work aids schedule in time.
Coordinating with the MVN IE team the machine development issues.

Qualifications

Engineering educational background.
Have 3-5 years experience of in process improvement for garment plants.
A good command of English is an advantage.
Knowing the drawing program is an advantage.
Able to relocate within SEA.
Understand the operation process in the garment industry.
