The Regional Manager is a regional leader who is responsible for the sales function driving commercial and sales growth managing key accounts and expanding market presence across the region. This role requires extensive strategic experience and a hands-on leader who can develop strong customer relationships identify growth opportunities execute effective sales strategies in emerging and high-potential markets and build a strong sales team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the region.
- Identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities in these markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each countrys business landscape.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts distributors customers and business partners.
- Lead contract negotiations pricing strategies and long-term agreements.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends customer needs and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Lead and support local sales teams and distributor networks.
- Provide coaching training and development programs for sales personnel and partners.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance analyse key metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts business reviews and market insights to senior management.
- Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Veterinary Science Animal Husbandry or a related field
- 15 - 20 years of experience in regional sales key account management or business development.
- Proven track record in commercial sales within high-potential and emerging markets.
- Strong negotiation leadership and relationship management skills.
- Experience in working with key accounts distributors partners and multinational teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned markets.
