Job Description:
- Supervising and supporting a fundraiser team ensuring they meet daily weekly and monthly donation targets.
- Motivating and inspiring team members to engage with potential donors confidently and ethically.
- Monitoring team performance and providing real-time coaching and feedback to improve fundraising skills.
- Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and strategies for improvement.
- Conducting training sessions on fundraising techniques communication skills and donor stewardship.
- Providing continuous development opportunities for fundraisers to enhance their skills.
- Ensuring all team members adhere to UNICEFs ethical fundraising guidelines and professional conduct standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of team performance donor sign-ups and campaign progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Executive Field Sales or Mass Recruitment with at least 2-3 years in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to train mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Resilience and enthusiasm in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
