We are looking for a Chef (2nd BBQ) to join our team!
Follow traditional roasting and preparation techniques under supervision.
Support the 1st BBQ Cook in daily mise en place and service preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the BBQ area ovens and equipment.
Help with proper storage marination and handling of meats.
Ensure food is roasted and presented according to Shang Palace standards.
Assist in monitoring roasting times temperatures and product quality.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or local requirements).
Requirements:
12 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen or barbecue section preferred.
Basic knowledge of Chinese BBQ techniques and ingredients.
