We are looking for a F&B Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings for Shangri-La Singapore. He/she will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with various departments to drive customer engagement increase sales and enhance the overall dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement F&B sales strategies to meet revenue targets across all outlets.
- Drive private event bookings and activations to maximize outlet utilization.
- Initiate strategic collaborations with third parties to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Manage global and local accounts to secure preferred hotel status and optimize revenue.
- Lead and convert transient and group sales leads to achieve segment goals.
- Coordinate with F&B operations to ensure smooth execution of events and group dining.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams on campaigns seasonal menus and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Represent the hotel at industry events tradeshows and client meetings.
- Ensure all sales activities align with brand standards and uphold service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in F&B sales hospitality or event management preferably within a hotel or luxury dining environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies revenue generation and client relationship management.
- Experience in organizing private events group dining and third-party collaborations.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing social media and F&B promotional strategies.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
- Comfortable representing the brand at industry events tradeshows and client meetings
