Job Description

About the role

Responsible for assisting the lawyers on a range of dispute resolution matters within the practice group.

These will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in coordinating electronic filing of legal documents and deploying technology tools for disputes work
  • Prepare and organise documents and evidentiary materials and assisting counsel to prepare for depositions hearings trials or other courtroom proceedings
  • Provide legal research drafting and case-management support
  • Assist and maintain databases and provide support to e-discovery project management and other legal technology projects

About the candidate

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or Diploma in Law
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Self-starter who is able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to their work
  • Comfortable working across multiple cultures and time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude and team spirit
  • High degree of attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning to use technology tools to manage disputes work
  • Contributes to the effective functioning of the team.
